Agreement to Terms

By using the services of BlueRay Newport Beach Pool Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Newport Beach, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.

We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that results from factors outside our control.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Weekly service customers receive scheduled visits on the same day each week. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee.

For one-time services, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to avoid charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer automatic billing options.

Late payments may result in service suspension. A late fee may be applied to accounts past due by more than 15 days.

Access to Property

You agree to provide us with safe and clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes access through gates, doors, or other entry points. You are responsible for restraining pets during our visit.

If we cannot access your pool on the scheduled day, we will attempt to contact you. A trip charge may apply if access cannot be arranged.

Liability and Insurance

BlueRay Newport Beach Pool Care carries general liability insurance to protect both our company and our customers. We are not liable for damage to pool equipment, surfaces, or property that results from pre-existing conditions, defects, or normal wear and tear.

You agree to hold us harmless for any injuries or damages that occur on your property unless directly caused by our negligence.

Chemical and Equipment Usage

We use professional-grade chemicals and equipment to maintain your pool. While we take all reasonable precautions, pool chemistry can be affected by weather, usage, and other factors beyond our control.

If you choose to add chemicals or adjust equipment between our visits, please inform us to avoid chemical imbalances or equipment conflicts.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by weather, heavy pool usage, or factors outside our control.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate weekly service with 7 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to discontinue service immediately if payment is not received, if access to the property is denied, or if unsafe conditions exist.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify current customers of significant changes by email or written notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
